Bath Fitter showcase at Kitchen and Bath Show

The Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) is the largest North American show serving the kitchen and bath sector. The event regularly draws over 85,000 attendees, which includes everyone from bathroom designers, dealers, architects, media, and more—all of whom serve the residential and commercial construction marketplace.

Indeed, with nearly 700 exhibitors covering over 500,000 square feet of exhibit space, the Bath Fitter B2B team worked hard to be seen and be heard. But, according to Franco Giannelli, our National B2B Development Director, our product and our team stood out amongst the crowd. Best of all, they garnered many leads and won over many industry experts.

KBIS 2025 unveiled a plethora of innovative bathroom design trends that blend aesthetics, functionality, and technology. It is THE place to see the greatest and latest. Here are five standout trends:

1. Bold and Warm Color Palettes

The shift from cool tones to warmer hues is clear. Jewel tones, earthy neutrals, and soft pinks are making statements in cabinetry, tiles, and even plumbing fixtures. This transition adds warmth and personality to bathroom spaces.

2. Customization

Geometric patterns reminiscent of mid-century modern designs are resurging, and there is a growing interest in handmade mosaics and three-dimensional sculptural tiles that add depth and movement. Large-format tiles and border tiles are also making a comeback, allowing for intentional and well-balanced layouts, but also, we see the ‘sur mesure` in the finishing touches and want to get singular.

3. Integration of Smart Technology

The incorporation of smart technology is transforming bathrooms into intelligent spaces. Advanced shower systems, such as Brizo’s SensoriPlus, offer personalized experiences with precise temperature and water flow controls. These innovations enhance convenience and elevate the overall bathing experience.

4. Wellness-Centric Spaces

Bathrooms are evolving into personal wellness sanctuaries. Features such as steam showers with customizable settings, including audiotherapy and chromatherapy, are gaining popularity. These enhancements transform standard showers into spa-like retreats, promoting relaxation and rejuvenation.

5 Mixed Metal Finishes

Combining different metal finishes, such as chrome, nickel, copper, matte black, brushed gold, and satin nickel, is gaining traction. This approach offers flexibility and a sophisticated aesthetic, allowing homeowners to personalize their spaces with unique combinations.

These trends from KBIS 2025 reflect a harmonious blend of luxury, personalization, and environmental consciousness, setting the tone for bathroom designs in the coming years.

And some exciting news: Bath Fitter will be part of KBIS 2026 in Orlando ! Already looking forward to it.
